Local Delivery Method (Hong Kong):

All VITAMAN products are shipped via "SF Express" in Hong Kong. Customers can choose either "Door-to-Door Delivery Service" to receive the products at any residential or commercial address in Hong Kong, or "Self-Pickup Service" to collect the products from SF Express service points, SF Express stores, SF Smart Lockers, or SF Express partner locations.

Order Processing Time:

For orders that only contain "in-stock items," the store will ship them within 2 to 4 business days. If the order includes "pre-order items," they will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days after the relevant products become available.

Shipping Time:

Under normal logistics circumstances, customers who choose "Self-Pickup Service" can receive the SF Express notification to collect the goods within 1 to 2 business days. For customers who choose "Door-to-Door Delivery Service," the delivery arrangement will take approximately 2 to 4 business days.

Order Shipment Arrangement:

During pickup, customers should verify the “Name” and “Phone number” of the purchaser with the SF Express tracking number to ensure the accuracy of the order information before collecting the goods.

"Self-Pickup Service":

If customers choose to pick up the goods at SF Express service points, SF Smart Lockers, convenience stores, or SF Express stores, please provide the corresponding codes and addresses during checkout. Note: Currently, there is no option for in-store pickup or other forms of delivery.

"Door-to-Door Delivery Service":

If customers choose SF Express's door-to-door delivery service, please provide a residential or commercial address in Hong Kong during checkout.

The estimated shipping time provided, starting from the date of shipment, is for reference only. The actual delivery time may be affected by factors such as product availability, arrangements by third-party courier companies, weather conditions, and pandemics.

Important Notes:

  1. VITAMAN entrusts third-party logistics companies to deliver the goods, and the actual transportation process and delivery time are arranged by the courier company, which is beyond our complete control.
  2. SF Express self-pickup locations may have specific pickup time restrictions. If customers fail to pick up the goods within the required timeframe, SF Express may impose additional fees on the recipient, for which VITAMAN cannot be held responsible.
  3. Any delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses or phone numbers provided by customers may result in parcel loss, delays, or returns to the store. VITAMAN is not responsible for any delays or losses caused by the above reasons, and any additional fees incurred must be paid by the customer.
